About Capexo
Capexo is a structured leasing and asset financing platform that helps corporates unlock growth capital through operating lease and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) solutions. We work closely with corporates, OEMs and financial institutions to structure customised CapEx financing across sectors.
The role
We are hiring a senior corporate sales professional from a Banking, NBFC or Leasing background as Associate Director, Corporate Sales.
You will originate and drive structured financing and leasing opportunities with Mid and Large Corporates, manage key relationships, and work closely with our internal teams to execute transactions.
What you'll do
Originate and drive new business across Mid and Large Corporates
Build and manage long-term relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads and senior finance stakeholders
Source structured financing, operating lease and asset-backed transactions
Work with internal credit, legal and operations teams to execute transactions
Understand each client's funding requirements and propose the right financing or leasing structure
Drive the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from origination to closure
Build strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, OEMs and ecosystem participants
Track market opportunities and competitor activity in structured finance and leasing
Help expand Capexo's corporate client network and institutional relationships
Who we're looking for
A senior corporate sales professional from Banking, NBFC or Leasing
Strong, established relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads and senior finance decision-makers
Experience selling to Mid and Large Corporates, from first meeting to closure
Comfortable working across credit, legal and operations to get a deal done
Strongly preferred
Prior experience with Operating Lease, Sale and Leaseback or Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) structures.
