About Capexo
Capexo is a structured leasing and asset financing platform that helps corporates unlock growth capital through operating lease and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) solutions. We work closely with corporates, OEMs and financial institutions to structure customised CapEx financing across sectors.
The role
We are hiring a Presales Manager from a Banking, NBFC, Leasing or Advisory background to work alongside our corporate sales team.
You will turn client requirements into clear lease proposals, build the financial case for each deal, and prepare transactions for credit approval, working closely with sales, credit and operations.
What you'll do
Work with the sales team to understand each client's assets, cash flows and funding needs
Build lease vs buy vs loan comparisons, IRR and cash-flow models for every proposal
Prepare proposals, term sheets and pitch materials for CFOs and finance teams
Analyse financial statements and prepare credit notes for internal approval
Review equipment quotations and work with OEMs and vendors on asset details
Coordinate with credit, legal and operations teams to take deals to sanction
Join client meetings to explain structures and accounting, including Ind AS 116
Keep pipeline data, pricing benchmarks and proposal templates up to date
Track market terms and competitor offers in structured finance and leasing
Who we're looking for
Experience in presales, credit or structuring at a bank, NBFC, leasing company or advisory firm
Strong financial modelling in Excel, and comfort reading balance sheets and cash flows
Clear writing, from client proposals to internal credit notes
Comfortable working across sales, credit, legal and operations to get a deal ready
Strongly preferred
Experience structuring Operating Lease, Sale and Leaseback or Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) transactions, or a CA, CFA or MBA in Finance.
